壹、 校園暨人身安全維護：
一、學生上學勿單獨太早到校，放學不要太晚離開校園，務必儘量結伴同行或由家人陪同，避免行經漆黑小巷或人煙罕至的地方，及進出危險場所。
二、同學應配合學校作息時間，課餘時避免單獨留在教室、避免單獨上廁所，或到校園偏僻的死角，以確保自身安全。
三、社團活動或自習班級之場域或教室應儘量人員集中，同學彼此能夠互相照應，減少放學後樓層出入口動線，便於加強管控人員出入。在校遇陌生人或可疑人事物，應立即通知師長或保全與校安人員。
四、遇陌生人問路，可熱心告知，避免親自引導前往，應隨時注意自身安全，切勿聽信他人的要求，交付金錢或隨同離校。
五、在校外發現陌生人跟隨，應快速跑至較多人的地方或周邊最近(便利)商店，並大聲喊叫，吸引其他人的注意，尋求協助。
六、對於可疑人、事、物應提高警覺，儘速通報校安人員協處，預防校園危安事
件發生。
七、本校校安中心(校內分機 55555、值勤電話 06-2381187)及駐警隊(校內分機 66666)，24 小時接聽緊急專線電話，隨時待命處理各項意外及突發事件，維護校園安全。
Campus safety:
1.  remains a priority, with a focus on student well-being. The campus safety center urges students to take necessary precautions.
2.  Avoid arriving too early or leaving too late alone. Travel with others or have family accompaniment, and avoid dark alleys or isolated areas.
3.  Follow the school's schedule and avoid being alone in classrooms or isolated campus areas to ensure safety.
4.  Group activities and study sessions should encourage student interaction to enhance mutual security. If you encounter suspicious individuals, report them to staff or security.
5.  If a stranger asks for directions, do not guide them personally. Always prioritize your safety and avoid handing over money or leaving school with them.
6.  If followed off-campus, move to a populated area or a nearby store and call for help.
7.  Stay vigilant about suspicious people, things, or events, and report them promptly to campus security.
8.  The campus safety center (ext. 55555, duty phone 06-2381187) and the on-campus police team (ext. 66666) are available 24/7 to handle emergencies and ensure campus security.

貳、校外賃居安全：
一、建築物有無使用執照租屋前請房東提示建築物使用執照，為租屋者的權力，也是房東的義務。
二、建築物有無兩個以上不同方向的出口、窗戶有無鐵窗、鐵窗有無開口以方便逃生、建築物若未留設兩個以上不同方向的出口，會影響避難逃生及救災。
三、屋內有無裝火警警報系統或偵煙器若無法早期察覺火警發生，將致未能掌握初期避難逃生之時機，火警警報系統，可於第一時間預警，爭取更多逃生時間。
四、門禁的管理是否良好，屋前有無停放凌亂的機車有鑑於縱火頻傳，機車停放凌亂的場所，容易成為歹徒下手的目標，而其具體的防範措施就是良好的管理。
五、瓦斯熱水器有無裝在通風良好之處所洗澡時不慎中毒死亡，大都是一氧化碳中毒，主要原因是使用瓦斯熱水器時，未保持熱水器附近空氣流通，致燃燒不完全而產生劇毒性的一氧化碳，瓦斯本身沒有一氧化碳，也沒有毒性。
出門在外，所有的安全問題都不能忽略。
六、建築物內的通道是否像迷宮，彎曲又狹窄很多火災發生時，剎那間就濃煙四起，很容易讓人迷失方向，如果自己所住的建築物到處都是羊腸曲徑，九彎十八拐，必定會造成逃生上的重大障礙。
七、避開惡房東要訣簽約前了解房東背景，例如：住處、財務狀況等、從言談中判斷房東人品、簽約時將約定事項標註在合約中、必要可錄音存證、交屋時將屋況、污損等情形拍照存證，最好請家長陪同協助處理簽約事宜。

Off-Campus Rental Safety
1.  To select a safe rental, consider these guidelines: Ensure the building has an occupancy permit. This is a tenant's right and a landlord's obligation.
2.  Check for multiple exits and properly installed window bars with openings for escape. These features are crucial for emergency evacuations.
3.  Confirm the presence of fire alarms or smoke detectors to ensure early fire detection and adequate evacuation time.
4.  Evaluate entrance security and avoid areas with chaotic motorcycle parking, as these can attract criminal activity.
5.  Ensure the gas water heater is in a well-ventilated area to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.
6.  Avoid buildings with confusing, narrow passageways that could obstruct safeevacuation during an emergency.
7.  To avoid bad landlords: Research the landlord's background; Document all agreements in the lease and take photos of the property condition; It's advisable to have a trusted person accompany you during the contract signing.

參、交通安全與交通事故處理
一、應遵守交通規則，並服從執行交通勤務警察之指揮，培養良好駕駛道德觀念，降低交通事故發生，確保行車安全。
二、臺南市交通局於前鋒路、勝利路、長榮路等三個路口設置行人專用時相號誌，請依燈號指示通行。
三、交通事故處理
⮚  儘速救護傷患，並尋求他人協助，將傷者送醫急救。
⮚  保持現場完整，不得任意移動肇事汽車及現場痕跡證據。但受傷案件，當事人均同意時，應將事故車輛標繪定位後，移置不妨礙交通之處所。
⮚  報警處理：報案時應說明事故地點、時間、車號、車種、傷亡情形及報案人姓名。

Traffic Safety
1. Bicycle Rules
⮚  Follow road signs and police instructions. Ride on the right side of designated lanes.
2. Campus Traffic Safety
⮚  Campus is near Tainan Station and Far Eastern Department Store, with busy roads. The school emphasizes traffic safety, organizing education events each semester to reduce accidents and promote good driving.
3. Pedestrian Signals
⮚  Pedestrian signals are set at University Road, Qianfeng Road, Shengli Road, and Changrong Road. 
Follow the lights for safe crossing.
4. Accident Handling
⮚  Provide first aid and get medical help.
⮚  Do not move vehicles or disturb the scene unless necessary.
⮚  Report the accident with details (location, time, vehicle info, injuries).
⮚  Call the Campus Safety Center at 06-2757575#55555 or 06-2381187.

肆、系館安全
一、進出管理與門禁安全
⮚  辦公時間（週一至週五 08:00-17:00），東西側門禁開放時間（08：00-24： 00），請從主要入口（南北側）進出，並確保隨手關門。
二、請妥善保管個人貴重物品，避免遺失。
三、人身安全與防範措施
⮚  陌生人警覺：發現可疑人士或異常情況，請立即通報系辦或校安中心（24 小時緊急聯絡電話：06-2757575 轉 55555）。
⮚  夜間安全：晚間離開系館時，請結伴同行，避免單獨行走於偏僻區域。
⮚  性平與反霸凌：本系重視性別平等與友善環境，若遭遇任何騷擾或霸凌，請立即向校方相關單位通報（性別平等教育委員會專線：06-2757575 轉 50323、 
50324、50325）。

⮚  Stranger Awareness: If you notice any suspicious individuals or unusual situations, report them immediately to the department office or the campus security center (24-hour emergency contact:

⮚  Nighttime Safety: When leaving the building at night, walk with companions and avoid isolated areas.
⮚  Gender Equality and Anti-Bullying: Our department values gender equality and a friendly environment. If you experience any harassment or bullying, report it immediately  to  the  relevant university  unit  (Gender  Equality  Education Committee hotline: 06-2757575 ext. 50323, 50324, 50325).

伍、消防與緊急應變
⮚  火警處理：發現火警時，請立即通知系辦或撥打 119，並依照逃生路線撤離。
⮚  地震應變：遇地震時，請依照「趴下、掩護、穩住」原則行動，並於依指示有序撤離建築物。
⮚  逃生路線：請熟悉系館內之逃生路線與緊急出口（如下圖所示），以備不時之需。

Fire Safety and Emergency Response
➢ Fire Emergency: If a fire occurs, immediately notify the department office or call 119, and evacuate following the designated escape routes.
➢ Earthquake Response: During an earthquake, follow the "Drop, Cover, and Hold On" principle and evacuate the building in an orderly manner as instructed.
➢ Evacuation Routes: Familiarize yourself with the evacuation routes and emergency exits within the department building (as shown in the diagram) in case of emergencies.
