在百年系館裡讀史
本系創立於一九六八年，系館前身為日治時期日軍營舍，全台唯一擁有獨立百年建築的歷史學系。建築本身即是活的歷史文本。
研究範疇橫跨台灣、東亞、東南亞、歐洲與公眾史學。我們以府城作為起點，培養具國際視野的人文學者。
過去五十八年，從學士班到博士班，從這座系館裡走出無數學界、文化機構與公部門的人才。
